Tell us something about what you do.

I am on a mission to help women experience success beyond their wildest imagination through Savvy Business Makers. This is a business coaching company that gives female entrepreneurs access to supreme knowledge on tested-and-proven strategies for bringing their business to the top. I am a self-made marketing mogul that has great expertise on ad copy, event organizing, and online business start-up.

 
Why did you become an entrepreneur in the first place?

I came from a select breed of winners and I was really determined to seize the opportunities presented to me. Even though I was flanked by people who didn’t believe me, I pushed on every day with a positive and million dollar mindset. I eventually founded my own companies and got the 6 figures in my bank account. In the process, I was also able to give my children the best care and support they needed.

Being an entrepreneur means not only helping yourself but others as well. It is definitely not a selfish act at all because in the process, you are able to put your wisdom and skills to solve someone else’s problems.

As a successful entrepreneur, what quote do you think defines you and why?

Oprah Winfrey once said, “Do the one thing you think you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire. This is your moment. Own it.” This quote really describes who I am since I am a girl who will never settle for mediocrity and who will go beyond her own limits to achieve her dreams. I may have failed a few times but I get up each and every time and try harder the next time. It speaks about my being a business coach also since I wouldn’t stop until my students reach the highest peaks of success. I am definitely a woman who “mounted the high wire and owned her moment.”
 

What would you consider as your greatest professional accomplishment?

When I was only 22, I have already purchased my own estate and was single-handedly raising two wonderful children. At about the same time, I have founded Expert Cleaning Concepts, a full service commercial cleaning company. And just like any other entrepreneurs, I have experienced countless ups and downs in the process of reaching my dreams. I have certainly run into some opposition and push-backs from people whose opinions matter to me. But that didn’t stop my passion to reach that road towards financial freedom.

Now, I am earning a 6-figure income and have helped in organizing numerous dazzling events for entrepreneurs. Various companies needing help in online marketing has discovered the immense opportunities that can be obtained through the expert knowledge that I have imparted. All this I have done while caring for my two wonderful children, A’jah and Caleb.
 

What is the one thing you have learned as an entrepreneur that has served you well over the years?

The rule of the thumb is to never stop searching for solutions and opportunities. I’ve had my fair share of disappointments due to unprofitable investments and even business partners that broke my trust. But I never considered those as failures but rather learning blocks that I have to surpass. So instead of giving up my dreams, I exhausted all the means necessary to get myself back on track.

What was the reason behind establishing Savvy Business Makers? 

During the years that I have victoriously battled the many stumbling blocks to success, I have gathered a lot of functional and usable instructions that can help many women entrepreneurs like me. I know that experiencing those especially if you are starting can be downright disappointing and a lot might think about stopping so early into the game. With the proven list of Do’s and Don’ts that I have learned through the years, I can undoubtedly do a lot to steer these women to ensure success. The trade secrets and industry knowledge I can impart is a breath of fresh air to any businesswomen out there. 

With Savvy Business Makers, I would be able to accomplish my goal to transform businesses and make a lot of women and their families happier and successful.

And now that we know Shanesia the entrepreneur, who is Shanesia as a woman and mother?

I am a proud mom of two brilliant kids named A’jah and Caleb. They are a big part of the reason why I have reached the financial stability that I have right now. I enjoy cooking desserts for them.

Overall, I’m just a simple woman who loves pink and pretty things. If I have free time, I would shop for pumps and pretty dresses. 

Is there anything you would like to share to struggling women entrepreneurs out there?

I knew that choosing the path of entrepreneurship is not for everyone, whereas my first early experience was not a walk in the park. I have learned like everyone else who’s fighting to win out there that success is not easy and does not happen overnight. I’ve had my face in the dirt and scraped my news so many times but I never gave up.

With many years of experience under my belt, I am on a mission to TEACH, COACH, and CULTIVATE thousands of dedicated women entrepreneurs throughout the world. So, would you want to be molded into pure greatness?
